Walk-ins are welcome for quick services like threading, clean-ups and basic grooming. For haircuts, colour, facials, bridal and party makeup we'd recommend booking a slot so an artist is reserved just for you.
How do bridal bookings and trials work?
Every bridal booking includes a trial before the big day. We'll discuss your outfit, jewellery and the look you want, do a full trial, then fine-tune everything so your wedding-day face is exactly right.
What are your prices?
Our price list gives indicative starting prices. The final cost depends on things like hair length, the products chosen and how detailed the look is — we'll always confirm it with you before we begin.
Which products do you use?
We use trusted, professional salon brands and can offer gentle or ammonia-free options on request. If you have sensitive skin or an allergy, tell us and we'll patch-test and adjust.
How do you handle hygiene?
Fresh towels and linen for every client, and tools that are sanitised between appointments. Manicure, pedicure and mehndi tools are cleaned and, where relevant, single-use.
Do you do party and festive makeup too?
Absolutely — engagements, receptions, festivals and family functions. We create long-wear, photograph-ready looks, subtle or bold, whatever suits the occasion.
Can I request a specific artist?
Yes — if you've enjoyed working with one of our artists before, just mention their name when you book and we'll do our best to reserve them for your slot.
